The Ukrainian culture is a VERY wonderful culture. Holidays are a biggy in Ukraine. Christmas is pretty traditional such as America. In Ukraine, there is a fast on Christmas Eve. NO MEAT ALLOWED!! Easter is also fun! On Good Friday, there is a BLACK FAST. There is no meat or dairy allowed. We also make PYSANKY. PYSANKY are colored egg. Here is a great picture and they look pretty too! Here they are!
Honestly, the bottom one is the most traditional. So that is my favorite. It is the one that was made in the ancient times. These eggs are made with a KIESKA and BEESWAX. Here is a picture below.
